when you've been spending too much time working in school, you realise that the network gets congested (or restricted maybe?) from post-lunch all the way to dinner time. its when msn refuses to connect, and remote desktop suddenly fails, and live mesh stops syncing, and certain other [non port 80] websites decide to be not available. and then you start cursing at why you're paying for IT Facilities that don't work very well. working at home is another option, but then you'll find that the exchange server is unfriendly over a long distance, and vpn doesn't help either. blah.

and then you realise you've wasted time procrastinating when you should have killed the network and continued working on your econs problem set in the first place. oh well.
